Swedish Brass and Wood Floor Lamp by Boréns

€2.800

Beautiful 1960s floor lamp in brass and oak by Boréns. The combination of brass and oak gives this large floor lamp a warm appearance, with the natural grain of the wood providing a contrast to the metal. The use of oak is a particularly nice feature, adding texture and a more understated character to the brass construction. The materials work well together without the need for elaborate decoration. The lamp comes with new custom-made, hand-pleated chintz fabric shades, which soften the light and complement the original materials. Very good vintage condition with minor signs of age and use. The shades are newly made. Wiring: All our lamps are wired for EU standards. Unfortunately, we have neither the means nor the qualifications to wire them for US standards.
