A substantial and well-crafted pair executed entirely in solid brass, characteristic of the robust yet elegant lighting produced by Konsthantverk Tyringe during the period. The lamps feature cylindrical shades mounted on flexible brass arms, allowing the light to be directed as needed. Both shades are perforated with narrow slits around the rear section, creating a subtle decorative effect when illuminated, while concealing the light source and directing the light downward. The combination of clean cylindrical forms and the warm aged brass gives the lamps a distinctly Scandinavian modern expression. The lamps retain a beautiful original patina, with surface variation and wear that add depth and character to the brass. Wiring: All our lamps are wired for EU standards. Unfortunately, we have neither the means nor the qualifications to wire them for US standards.
