These sculptural lamps are executed in thick crystal with a striking triangular form that tapers elegantly toward the top. The glass shifts from clear crystal at the base into a deep wine-red tone, creating a rich sense of depth and luminosity. The sharply defined lines and substantial weight of the crystal are characteristic of Carl Fagerlund’s work for Orrefors during the period, combining modern geometric form with the expressive qualities of colored glass. Beautiful from every angle, the lamps change character depending on how the light moves through the crystal. Height including socket: 43 cm Please note the shades are not included. Wiring: All our lamps are wired for EU standards. Unfortunately, we have neither the means nor the qualifications to wire them for US standards.
Condition
Very good original condition with signs of age and use on the brass part.
