Swedish Grace Pendant in Glass and Patinated Brass
€5.000
Pendant in frosted glass and patinated brass by Einar Bäckströms Metallvarufabrik, Sweden, 1930s. A large and visually striking pendant from the Swedish Grace period, combining classical ornamentation with early modern clarity. The central column is decorated with sculptural female figures, giving the piece a strong architectural presence and a sense of vertical rhythm. The wide circular shade consists of a frosted glass diffuser beneath a surrounding ring made of paper, accented with decorative elements in patinated brass. This layered construction softens the light while highlighting the material contrasts and craftsmanship typical of the era. The lamp features five light sources, providing a generous and even illumination. Wiring: All our lamps are wired for EU standards.
